Venue Hire Charges

Hirers are required to pay $200 (including GST) hire fee prior to the event.

Payments only accepted via direct debit  - Account details will be supplied when booking approval given.    

Hire fee is waived for the following organisations:

• Charles Darwin University entities such as faculties, schools, divisions, CRCs for official functions
• CDU Sports affiliated clubs official functions
• Community organisations affiliated with the University Pirates (by invitation)

Waiver of charges for excepted categories of user depends on the following:

1. Bookings must be made in writing via email booking form only
2. No BYO alcohol is involved
3. No extra bar staff, security , audio-visual or furniture is required

All bookings are subject to the needs of the University Pirates.  

Note: All patrons must either sign in or become social members
